UX Testing Google Instant

I only wish this article could’ve been 20 pages instead of one. Google touches so many people — I can’t imagine a more fulfilling (or probably frustrating) user experience position.

Au, Boyd, and their [UX] teams serve as the balance between Google engineers who want to pull users into a more efficient ways of using their products, and everyday users who just like things the way they are.

At the end of the day, the most powerful tool in the box might just be “compromise”.
